This was our first visit to the set of Nash Bridges. In the earlier days of the series, the San Francisco Film Commission was a little more free with information about shooting locations. The Fairmont Hotel is located on Nob Hill, which is considered a very exclusive area of the city. It was a fun day, and we managed to meet some of the extras that were filming that day, plus Daniel Roebuck. I think the episode they were filming was called "High Impact".Don & Cheech arrive in CudaEingefügtes BildDaniel and AndreaEingefügtes BildDon observing filming outside on the patioEingefügtes BildDon talking it over with film crew?Eingefügtes Bildfilm crew setting upEingefügtes BildHoisting stunt manEingefügtes Bild

Seems you've been everywhere!Do you think DON would recognize you if you met him in a crowd, or do you think he's seen just too many people?Great photos (again!!!):clap:

Glad you enjoy them, Coop.San Francisco is only 45 minutes from the South Bay, where we live. When we first heard about the series being filmed in the City, well, you know we went into overtime:D planning how to see filming. We were lucky that day to find out the info (begging, pleading with the SF Film Commission). It got harder, the longer the show was on and became very popular. However, our next trip in March of 96 was a real winner for watching. It was on Pier 30. Lots of DJ watching:happy: Scanning and posting them soon;)We always tried not to be intrusive - kept a distance and enjoyed watching filming. Sometimes I think he saw us, but he was very busy filming. The 3 trips to AT&T Pebble Beach Golf Tournament were the best for talking to Don. We followed him all over the courses when he was playing :) especially early in the week practice days when the crowds were fewer. I'll post those, too.
