I'm very happy with my DVDs (ripped to *.MKV files) from Mill Creek Entertainment.  They were obviously digitized from master tapes and aren't VHS quality.  The only issue (basically a non-issue for me) is that I need to switch from the default surround 5.1 to stereo.  Not sure if it is because my home theatre isn't surround sound, or maybe the DVD surround track is just off, but at the same volume, stereo is louder than surround sound on my system.  Also, on one of the season 1 DVDs, the surround sound was track was awful.  I don't remember the specifics.

I'm pretty sure the aspect ratio is the original - nothing was upscaled.  How is the aspect ratio and audio quality on the Blu-ray versions?

I’m no beerologist, but most of the attributes suggest Lowenbrau, although not completely. There are many beer bottles in MV where the label is altered slightly (to avoid infringements, I guess?). This is maybe one of them.  Sometimes the Budweiser logos just say “Beer”.  
 

Then again sometimes alcohol labels are blatantly authentic in some scenes…

Lowenbrau was the choice of beer in "To Live and Die in LA" as well.

Sonny drinks it in "Phil the Shill" also.

Lowenbräu was for sure a selected partner of the show (and the Miami Grand Prix) and the big display in Florence Italy was no coincidence either....
