615 SW2nd Avenue .  I took these shots in early July 2003 before any demolition work had actually started - run down and derelict but the same as seen in Miami Vice from 1984-1989 . I know Crockett for one will enjoy these. :D

The second pic is where they filmed the teaser and opening scene  for Season 5s "World of Trouble"  starring Dennis Farina and directed by the Police academy 5 director Alan Myerson( "World of Trouble", "Miracle Man" )  :D  :)  :radio:

Gold Coast Shipping/ Ocb headquarters from "Heart of Darkness" to the end of Season 5. ( Exteriors Only ) at 615 SW2nd Avenue .

I took this shot in March 2004 before the Miami shipyards 1940-42 building was demolished for the awful Latitude condominium.

Always brings a tear to my eye to see the old OCB.

All those MV production trucks are quite impressive. I wonder if they had to roll out that whole crew for every little scene they did somewhere.  It's a lot of logistics. (Referring to Matt5's pics way up above.)

Whenever you visit Miami you seem to do a good job of getting around to a lot of MV sites, including new finds.  Do you plan things out in advance?  No matter how much I plan my visits, I always feel like I haven't done enough preparation.
