I took these shots in early July 2003 before any demolition work had actually started - run down and derelict but the same as seen in Miami Vice from 1984-1989 . I wonder if they had to roll out that whole crew for every little scene they did somewhere. It's a lot of logistics. (Referring to Matt5's pics way up above.)
