I'm one of the younger dudes into Vice, but I wish I could have been around in the time it was on.. It's funny because I sometimes feel silly when I wear the Crockett look, and I feel as if it would be better perceived in America..but I suppose not many people are into the same fashion as us Vicers, it's a unique style! My name is Paul, as well, and I take comfort knowing my name is shared by Paul Weller and the character "Paul" who had 'done some assignments along the way' in Miami Vice. Tubbs shut that Paul down, haha. What ep was that? "Heart of Darkness?" Anyhow, I spent quite a bit of time in the UK in the late 80s/early 90s and I was homesick (Calfornia native), but thankfully, Miami Vice was on TV. I'm from Italy and like Charlie above, I too spent a lot of time in the UK.I was there to study English, but I never noticed MV on TV, perhaps because the family I was staying with was more into Coronation Street and Neighbours! I'm sure you'll enjoy this site and its friendly atmosphere; I've been a member of a MV community for 10+ years now, and loved every moment. Ciao.
