Great playing and production. As for Todd, he's one of kind artist. A musician of immense value. He used to have an hypnotizing, fascinating voice, but he can't sing anymore. Voice doesn't age the same for everyone. Listen to Daryl Hall show from his house and you'll be shocked by the voice of this almost 70 years old man. In my opinion they have nothing to do with the sound of MV, they're just an attempt to mimic some 80s pop clichès (even if the production of the vocals is on the current standards.That's the only point thay have in common with the show but - you know - music journalists are just what Zappa used to say...
