Ishmael Bernudez has been living in his simple house for 50 years, but now he's caught in the middle of the Brickell building boom.  He's been excavating his property since his childhood and claims to have found a lot of archeological artifacts from ancient civilizations.  Some of his tales are dubious and a bit corny, but it's an interesting story nonetheless.
