I'm good no damage and power back on a few days ago. Very fortunate. I also have hurricane shutters I put up each time too.

The Perez Art Museum is right next to Biscayne Bay but it had no flooding.  Kudos to the builders!  Villa Vizcaya had basement flooding but nothing of value was damaged.  I'm very curious about the damage to the grounds of the Deering Estate.  I had hoped to visit that soon, but if the palm trees are damaged it would ruin the experience for me.  "Surf's up, pal!"
