It's no excuse, but the artist may have Ferraris in general associated with red, as do many other non-Vicers.  They are black or white for us, though  :p

Yes Castillo is on a pay phone and Julio Iglesias in a black limosine to his right. Also standing next to DJ is Melanie

So it's all of the famous people of Miami, just as the headline above says. "Miami... City of Stars." I only first noticed Crockett Tubbs and Castillo. But there sure is a lot to look at on this art work.
