Doing so, I went through Elmira twice a week on Fridays and Sundays, and there was a small place on the highway that served.........wait for it.................EMU BURGERS!!!! They were actually very good! Not as greasy as McD's or BK or the other fast food chains. I used to stop often and enjoyed them very much.
