LOL, wanted to give someone else a chance :)  I was also a big fan of Cat Stevens back in the day, but didn't know anything about his personal life at the time.  Loved the same songs you mentioned and had 2 of his albums, seems like they were Catch Bull at Four and Peace Train.  Loved the cool artwork of the album covers as well as the songs.

In the ep Payback, how many 100 dollar bills did Sonny crumple up and "throw away" talking to Redolpho setting up the deal at the end?

Physically I guess Lombard? Season 1

Sonny mentions him in Love at First Sight in season 4.

Yes those two episodes are correct!

I'm not sure, why Brams is credited as being the police officer, who arrests Callie, since it doesn't look like him. But he is seen searching in the sand piles.

There is one more episode! It's a hard one to work out. ;):)

Dadrian got two of them right, but there is one more episode on Vice that Brams appeared in.

I'll give another hint - it's in the second season as well. I hope someone can work out this one. :)

The episode "Buddies" comes to mind because Tubbs said something like: "Work it out, man" to Crockett?

Or the episode "Whatever Works"?

Thank you for the guesses!  Unfortunately no. The full word will be "I gotta start working out."

That would be Switek in "Son & Lovers" and I assume that Richard Brams was one of those SWAT guys.
