Mr. 8-bit Posted March 26, 2010 Report Share Posted March 26, 2010 Hi everyone!I'm a newly convert Miami Vice and Jan Hammer enthusiast from Finland. Despite the fact that I havent previously watched the series entirely, I now have good change thanks to recently started re-run. The things that caught my attention was the style, music, cars, girls and the overall attitude of MV.I'm specially interested in the background music of the series, and I already found the most excellent covers made by Dadrian. One of my hobbies is music making, and recently I have interested in trying to achieve soundscapes similar to those of Jan Hammers. Dadrians tech notes & examples will surely fast forward my progress!I expect that I'll be spending lots of time in this excellent site. The amount of information gathered here is mind boggling, it would take me weeks to scroll trough it all.
