I agree that Melanie has had some bad plastic surgery/ lip "enhancements", but she had a skin cancer removed from her nose a couple of years ago. The skin graft following that looks worse than the cosmetic surgery results from before. I believe she's also expressed regrets for the extent of work she had done.
