Shoutbox Problem

I know a lot of users like the shoutbox and use it very often. That's why I'm trying to display the shoutbox on our portal site. But that's not as easy as it may look like. I have some difficulties and need help by the developers. Another odd thing is the channel problem. Thought it was fixed as we had two different channels for our english and german users. But right now only one channel is shown although there are two channels installed.As long as the problems are not fixed and the shoutbox could not be displayed on our portal site I deactivated to shoutbox so far. In the meantime you may use our Video chat---Ich weiss, dass viele User die Shoutbox mögen und diese auch gerne benutzen. Ich war heute dabei, die Shoutbox auf die Portalseite zu bringen. Dies ist leider schwieriger, als es sich anhört und ohne die Hilfe der Programmierer wird dies wohl nicht gelingen. Ein anderes Problem ist Thema mit den verschiedensprachigen Channels. Ich dachte, das Problem sei gelöst, nachdem wir zwei funktionierende Channels hatten. Doch durch die Arbeiten heute wird der deutsche Channel komischerweise nicht mehr angezeigt, obwohl er installiert ist.So lange beide Probleme nicht abschließend behoben werden können, habe ich die Shoutbox vorübergehend deaktiviert.In der Zwischenzeit könnt ihr gerne unseren Video chat nutzen.
