Leigh Burne
During the first showing of "Leap of Faith" on NBC there was apparently a call-in poll to decide which fan-favourite episode would be repeated the following week. Does anyone know which episode won? I'm having trouble finding out.
Susanna Girl
According to this wikia page: One repeat episode ("Jack of All Trades") broadcast on July 5, 1989, was the result of a call-in poll done during the episode "Leap of Faith". Viewers called a 900 number to pick between three fifth season episodes: "The Lost Madonna", "Bad Timing", and "Jack of All Trades". Per some contemporary TV listings, "Too Much, Too Late" was scheduled to air but was pulled by NBC due to the episode's content. Prior to this broadcast, the pilot for the classic comedy Seinfeld (called The Seinfeld Chronicles) aired. http://miamivice.wikia.com/wiki/Season_5

Susanna Girl
^ Thanks Matt5! It's always fun to do a little research when time permits and I wanted to know the answer too after I read the question.
reds5fan
This page shows images from the actual broadcast during "Line of Fire" with the choices and the 900#s people called to choose the winner. Of course, nowadays the internet would surely be used for something similar. http://miamivice.wikia.com/wiki/July_1989_Viewer%27s_Choice_Call-in_Poll Edited April 10, 2014 by reds5fan
AndrewRemington
Viewers pick between "The Lost Madonna", "Bad Timing" and "Jack of All Trades"... And "Jack of All Trades" wins??? WHAT? "The Lost Madonna" is by the far the best episode out of the three!
Vincent Hanna
Ugh..It's not like there's much to choose from with those 3 crappy eps. They should have just re-aired Hostile Takeover or Line of Fire or something. Edited December 21, 2015 by thedeparted94
