Joe already mentioned the french MV website in his thread about convention #3.One of the goodies of this site is VICE TV - a site that hosts about 150 clips from MV or videos concerning the show.Benoit, one of the creators, sent me some useful instructions for the site:

[*]You can select the background of your Vice-TV, by clicking "Changer l'ambiance" link in the footer, and click on sticker. This last click should record your choice, and your background will be loaded each time you come back on Vice-TV;

[*]You can search a video with the Recherche input at the top of the page. It search in the title of videos, only when 3 charaters or more are filled in

[*]You can activate a shuffle mode, which choose a random video in the list and play it for you automatically

[*]When shuffle is on, you can skip videos of course

[*]When a video starts playing, his related contents are loaded. It links different type of contents, from information about music playing, to contents about characters, actors, episodes to read on our principal website. Unfortunately these contents are in french... perhaps will we, one day, translate all these contents for a european website !

[*]You can add a video to your favorite, if you have an account, by clicking the little star on the right of the current reading video (for the creation of an account, we ask the name, firstname, pen name, and e-mail for activation of the account - when you have your account, you can post on the forum, and do several other things...)

[*]You can of course post comments about video (if you are connected with your account, your comment is linked to your account, and your avatar is loaded when your comment is displayed)

[*] Man kann den Hintergrund der Seite ändern, indem man unten in der Fußzeile den Link "Changer l'ambiance" benutzt und dann das entsprechende Thumbnail anklickt. Der letzte Klick auf ein Thumbnail bestätigt die Auswahl. Der gewählte Hintergrund sollte nun immer geladen sein, wenn man die Seite besucht.

[*]Man kann mit der "Recherche" (oben rechts) Videos gezielt suchen. Die Suche im Titel der Videos beginnt schon, sobald der dritte Buchstabe eingegeben wurde.

[*]In der Bedienleiste des Players sind sowohl "Shuffle" (Zufallswiedergabe) als auch "Loop" (Endlosschleife) zu finden.

[*]Man kann natürlich auch beide Funktionen anhalten und abschalten :-)

[*]Wenn ein Videoclip läuft, werden unten rechts dazu passende Inhalte geladen. Infos zu Musik, zu den Darstellern und Rollen und natürlich zu den Episoden. Leider sind diese Inhalte momentan alle nur in Französisch verfügbar, aber wir arbeiten daran, alles für eine europäische Webseite zu übersetzen.

[*]Wenn man bei VICE TV einen Account anlegt, kann man natürlich auch Videos zu den Favoriten hinzufügen, indem man den kleinen Stern rechts neben dem Videofenster klickt. (Beim Anlegen eines Accounts muss man seinen Namen, Vornamen, Nicknamen und eine gültige Emailadresse angeben. Der Account berechtigt auch, im Forum zu posten. Außerdem wird der Avatar eingeblendet, wenn man ein Video kommentiert).
