I'm not really a big Beatles fan, but then again, you don't have to be in order to appreciate what an incredibly amazing song this is

Real gem here...

Awesome song!

I bought the album a while before I saw Yankee Dollar for the first time, and even after seeing the episode, it eluded me that the song was on that album, because I got it for a few bucks out of a bargain bin and mainly bought it for the song "Silent Running". It wasn't until  a while later that I realized that it was on there... :)

I was listening to a lot of Glen Campbell......................he was a great studio guitarist playing for Sinatra, Beach Boys etc. before singing his own big hits.

Rest in Peace, Glen!  ;(

I saw them live in 1992, right around the time they started becoming big

Small town venue, about 500 people... and I was in the front row... :hippie:

Yeah Duran Duran broke up, half formed Power Station (Andy and John Taylor) and the other (Nick, Simon and Roger) formed Arcadia.

I'm much prefer the Arcadia album. Big synths and even a Grace Jones apperance.
