And where is this from?

That is a MV scene, which was too hot to be shown on television.  I'm kidding.

It's actually from a photoshoot by photographer David Vance, who has also taken other amazing photos of Saundra back in the 80's, I believe.

Maybe this one was taken during that time as well.  

Edit: I just checked and yes that is a picture from the 80's and made for TV guide.

This photo and the next (purple) pic do not look like Gina to me.  Anyone else notice this?

I'm not sure, what you mean. This photo is of Saundra Santiago from a photoshoot taken for TV guide. And the one of Gina/Saundra in the purple shirt is a screen shot, I took in the scene of "Little Prince" shown after the Miami Vice theme intro. 

OK Summer, you must be right but she just didn't look like Gina to me in those two shots.

Ah okay. Of course Saundra does look a bit different with much lesser makeup on and her hair straightened. She doesn't have the same recognizable "Gina look." 

Yes that's Saundra Santiago. Thanks! It's one of those rare pictures, I wanted to share of her.
