I checked and the picture is from 1984, but you can also tell that by Don's hair, (what I was judging from) cause in S2 it's longer in the back. 

Except for the shirt, this is the outfit Crockett is wearing at the hospital right after Lou has been shot in Hit List (Calderone's Return Pt. 1). He's wearing a black crew neck tee in those scenes.

Thanks for the info.   I didn't recognize the outfit at all.
