What was under construction in "Childs Play?"

This is Miami Arena under construction.

The warehouses from Little Prince were torn down to make a room for the arena’s construction

The arena was demolished fall 2008 and parking lot now exists where the building used to stand

wow, i didn't know that iconic building had been torn down

I thought the Miami Arena looked pretty cool (pastel & neon facade!), but I guess it didn't have all the amenities that were demanded in 1990's arenas, so its lifespan & usage was short-lived. Neat fact though! 

A question: is this screenshot from 'Child's Play'?
