She basically played the same character at the start of "Little Prince" her hair style is similar too.

Starred in 3 episode as Vicki (1983) :Goodbye, Mr. Scripps :Praise Dilaudid :Doris in Wonderland (The picture is taken from this episode)

yeah, i'd say the MV series pre production and casting started back in 1983.
