  9. That is Crandon Park on Key Biscayne. I have walked that several times 20 years ago and the sign in the water marks a shoal and drop off. The wooden post use to be there as well.

  10. So, folks, I have searched around 250 movie theaters in Greater Miami, even the closed and demolished ones. No theater that fits. I found a few that were that size and closed around 1989 or later but could sort them out due to different factors (too big, too fancy, ...) This website was a great help as it lists information for each theater per section (Miami, Miami Beach, North Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, ...) incl. number of seats, when it was opened/closed, pictures, etc. http://cinematreasures.org/theaters/united-states/florida/miami Bottom line: the location must have been the most unknown underground theater ever that it was not even listed on this specialist theater site.

  14. We get a nice shot atop the Rickenbacker Causeway in this one from 1987 of the bad dudes heading away from Virginia Key. My shot is from a few weeks ago when the bridge was closed on a Sunday morning.

  15. Just learned from Morgan Richter's discourse about Viking Bikers (one of my favorite episodes) that the story came from John Milius, the Oscar nominated writer who wrote the classic move Apocalypse Now. If you have seen Apocalypse Now you will notice the similarities: a demented and violent man with a method to his madness, horror, and a hero who takes on the evil in a primitive way etc. Interestingly, John Milius uses the name Walter Kurtz in the credits as the writer. Colonel Walter Kurtz was the name of the violent demented character played by Marlin Brando in the movie. Col Kurtz had a method to his madness also.

  17. When I visited the 12th floor of The Atlantis I took these shots last year. We see this area in “Viking Bikers from Hell” and “Hit List”.

  18. Jeremy said on his site he was 95% sure it was shot on the south side of the street on 96th St in Bay Harbour Islands - and he needed to visit in person to confirm . After seeing this location today I can now confirm the camera was located at 1150 96th street - the ultra zoom really threw me at first and spent a while checking it all out and it matched up competely
