  2. In "Forgive Us Our Debts" when they're running the license plate numbers through the computer, the fake DMV site has some misspelled words. I called 202-555-8371 to complain but they didn't know what I was talking about. "retreiving" should be "retrieving" "asyncronis" is a serious butchering of "asynchronous"

  6. I just watched another well done Police Story episode written by Michael Mann. It’s called “Trial Board” from 1977 and it’s about racism in the vice squad! Apparently it’s based on a real-life event that happened to the series creator Joseph Wambaugh in 1969. Lots of good actors like Joe Santos, Dana Elcar, Hal Williams, Scott Hylands, and Casey Kasem in a non-cameo role.

  9. This Sunrise Harbor house puzzles me. It has a couple of features which veeeery closely resemble Burnett's house in "Redemption In Blood"....it's on the water, it has tlayout, front windows etc.... So I thought, maybe it was remodelled, but the ad says it was built in 1991. I could imagine though that it's from the same designer as the house that we are looking for. https://www.estately.com/listings/info/6946-sunrise-court

  11. In the Starsky & Hutch episode "The Plague", they have a scene at Hal's Market Cafe. This was located at 1327 E 7th Street in Los Angeles. I watched it and took these pictures. It doesn't look like our Vice location. https://goo.gl/maps/QqFDV3XPAWaSTz4J8

  13. As to the Video dating club: it has an exit sign above the door meaning that it is a public place with customers it has a big park or similar around and in front of the entrance. No Highrises visible. the building is a modern Bauhaus style with big windows, small window dividers, whitish color and most likely a flat roof the hallway ceiling has the same reversed V shape pattern as the logo on the front desk the hallway seems to have doors to the side and looks elusive No signs or names anywhere there are lots of monitors behind the front desk (huge front desk area!) and these do not appear as decorated by the production crew which kind of business has such monitors and such spacy elusive premises with customer traffic and private rooms? I am suspecting this could have been a beauty clinic or similar with a reverse V as the logo. Anyone with other or better ideas? PS needless to say I already searched for it with clues above but no find.

  15. Nice try, when all else fails, look close to the studio. Would love to find this location being used in two episodes. This just shows how wrong our originals hunches (near the studio, near the other limo scenes in this episode on Miracle Mile) were! No way I would I have ever found this location by satellite or even walking by without two coincidences: the building is the head office of an interior designer and the architect who built and designed the place took pictures of it when he was finished as a reference. Lesson learned: location logistics is sometimes the wrong dogma, as they sometimes travelled miles to good locations. For RAAHP this leaves a mystery: WHY did the film this scene there, 4 miles away from other locations (Miracle Mile), when the great building is not even seen on screen, only in a window reflection? The only far fetched explanation I have is that they filmed some of the interior limo driving scenes with C&C along the S.Dixie Highway stretch between Miracle Mile and SW 68 Street ...

  17. I agree, Robin Johnson was very important in the first Golden Triangle episode; I thought her character of Candy was fantastic ("Ain't this the cabbage patch?" he he).
