  3. I was just walking around the supermarket listening to this. The part from 2:45 till the end is really good. German artist.

  4. I see your point for sure. My running days are well behind me. That is, of course unless I'm about to be mauled by a bear, then I'd be good for maybe 50 yards. I may have those re-soled with something different if I don't like the way they feel. Time will tell.

  5. Step aside, cool May the 4th for Star Wars meme! It's a relatively new thing, running for its 11th year, and I actually haven't noticed it before this year, but congratulations everybody on the 305 day / Miami day! Because it's March the 5th - get it? 305day.com Here is one way to celebrate - two local small chain restaurants, Coyo Taco famous for their tacos and Islas Canarias famous for their croquetas, partnered to make a taco-croqueta mash-up starting today and through the end of March. I did have a delicious croqueta sandwich before (at Tinta Y Cafe in Coral Gables), but this is something new to try! https://www.timeout.com/miami/news/behold-the-croquetaco-022324

  6. That’s the only way it attaches to the trunk. The original model had a piece on top of the wing that was smooth, but it made the wing really thick so I removed it. I made a few other modifications from the kit including the mirrors and the location and size of the NACA duct on the sides.

  7. Hey I was looking at my car and inadvertently made an observation. Maybe it was on purpose, but it looks like your rear wing (spoiler?) is upside down.

  9. Haha, well I guess it's all relative. My point was that since this thread is about emulating Crockett, and he was relatively young (like what by the plot, early 30s?), the "younger" style would fit best especially given his job - just better for running etc. than a stiff heeled sole.

  14. Remember when Stone stole the Daytona? Then Crockett steals the Testarossa at the end of the series. I guess it’s a thing.

  15. True…they should start at the beginning. But, Netflix is “cheap” with their programming, although their price a month isn’t. But, the only major issue I have with the original CSI series is when they killed off Warrick. I usually skip over that episode. But, most of the rest I like.

  16. Have to disagree; the black shades are not nearly as flattering as the brown ones. Also, given how the episode deals with Tubbs losing a child and his mother and Crockett having to talk him out of vengeance killing a guy, it makes sense we see "Burnett". The fact that neither Tubbs nor Castillo really "notice" or even look at him there is telling. DJ had decided to re-up at that point so I assume they knew how the rest of the show was going to play out.
