I'm very pleased to announce that at long last "The Talk" is posted here as an mp3 for download: Also, you can enjoy a little video I made for YouTube here: Thanks to ALL of you for your patience and support with my work. Enjoy!7 points

Last summer, I welcomed my first child into this world. This picture is from last summer, and I don't know if it's just the shirt, but I immediately thought of Tony Amato at the end of "No Exit." Oddly enough, my father-in-law also said he looked like Bruce Willis! I hope my son does NOT turn out like Tony, though!5 points

Thank you very much, @Dadrian and sorry all for the repeated content. I was glad to see they addressed later seasons. At some point the voiceover states "some of the best and worst episodes in the series came under Dick Wolf's new role as [co-]executive producer", which as far as I know it means S4. That's nice, once usually we only get reviews stating "the worst" was S4. I also could not believe Dick Wolf said there were no stories on MV before him. I appreciate his work on Vice, S3 is my favorite (by then DW was "only" co-producer), but come on Dick…2 points

I haven't posted in here in a while, even though I'm always doing music. I think this latest song I made might fit into MV somewhere. Maybe "Little Miss Dangerous"?2 points

Not sure if this has been already addressed here, but a couple of months ago a Miami Vice documentary appeared on YouTube. It's from Indigo Gaming, a video game company/profile which I've never heard before. Surprisingly (my initial thoughts were that 90% of the time would be about video games), to my taste it was a very cool doc. Nice info, insights and cool production (and relatively long running time!). Here it is:1 point

I think was mentioned in at least one more topic, too, but doesn’t matter. The more fans see it, the better! Great stuff.1 point

I doubt it would be hard to find a T-shirt that looks like this. Maybe not the exact one, but very close. Although you can't tell by this picture, most of Sonny's T-shirts were sleeveless and according to him cost about $7. (that's 80's prices though)1 point

I like it, if the sleeves are slightly long or the jacket slightly loose simply take it to your local alteration shop and have it fitted as fit is King in any clothes. Also do not worry about the black patch on the sleeve as they are simply brand names tacked on and should be removed as soon as you decide to wear the garment. It is surprising how many people do not realise this and are walking about with these tags still left on.1 point

Terrific work! I always thought it was predominantly the DX7 Jazz Guitar and ClavEns or Clav presets, but with this I'm definitely hearing more. What all presets did you use? It kind of sounds like electric organ or some other pad in there.1 point

Great choice! "Rumble Fish" is my favorite film (and favorite book).1 point

Hey guys, what do y'all think of this piece? Measurements are good, Express brand has always gotten good grades for me, and the price is....decent enough lol. https://poshmark.com/listing/Express-Mens-Extra-Slim-Fit-Striped-LinenBlend-Suit-Jacket-65e7a12d91e053f7883b70301 point

Does Moog rhyme with "mow" the lawn or "moo" goes the cow? Officially, it rhymes with "mow" ... BUT ... one guy says the museum staff use both pronunciations. Robert Moog says part of his family uses one pronunciation and part of his family uses the other.1 point

Mickey Rourke. Although I know he was too big at the time to star in it.1 point

An interesting look on how Miami Vice is still shaping modern pop culture to this day, it's not just about gaming but the series' influence in general even with other TV shows and movies. It's over 2 hours to get comfy.1 point

They mentioned so many songs I was like "When is it going to end"1 point

Loved it. Watched it and a lot of research went into it. Loved the fact how they highlighted 1984 as the top year of pop music and also showcased a lot of songs that were poppin' on charts throughout the year. I thought I will create a playlist for 1984 on Spotifiy.1 point
