  1. Not sure if this has been already addressed here, but a couple of months ago a Miami Vice documentary appeared on YouTube. It's from Indigo Gaming, a video game company/profile which I've never heard before. Surprisingly (my initial thoughts were that 90% of the time would be about video games), to my taste it was a very cool doc. Nice info, insights and cool production (and relatively long running time!). Here it is:

  3. Walmart just recently put out their spring/summer stuff, and these two shirts definitely seem appropriate for Season 2, but maybe all seasons!

  4. Tito Goya (Carlos Mendez "Calderone's Return: The Hit List) on the left- Lionel Pina (Jake Estaban "Cool Runnin") central with white t-shirt & jacket - right - Jamie Tirelli (Alfredo Gomez "Free Verse") While I was watching this last night I knew Tito Goya was in it but I never expected to see Jake from "Cool Runnin"

  7. still from the set of Prodigal son. One can see the marks -later unseen on TV as they used a closed up only - on the ground where they are supposed to stand

  9. Giving this another think... and it feels like the overall pattern of his relationships (maybe "encounters" is a better word) is interesting. After trying to juggle Gina and Brenda blows up in his face: Season 2: - Margaret. (He probably had never slept with anyone undercover before. Blows up in his face, and not only that, sleeping with her got his cover blown, info stolen, and Tubbs's as well) - He sleeps with the random woman in "Whatever Works" (probably as compensation, and probably doesn't call) - He doesn't sleep with Callie - He tries to sleep with Sara but gets sideswiped by tragedy instead - He sleeps with, gets used by, and has to kill Danielle. Who's a psycho. (and stole a march on Elektra King by several years...) And Season 3 (incidentally, long after Gina hooked up with Sean and he more-or-less said he wanted her to be happy): - There's nobody until Theresa. Whom he wants to marry after a relatively short-but not apparently Caitlin-short-and-everyone-questioning-your-sanity period. - And then Christine is apparently the rebound romance when that doesn't work out - And when that doesn't work out, there's nobody until Caitlin well into season 4. It seems like when he tells Caitlin he has "monk" periods, he's exaggerating far less than his string bikini fantasies from the pilot (for that matter, when he is living something like that other life, as seen in "Whatever Works", it's not portrayed as titillating and glamorous but rather seedy and super-unfulfilling, as Gina probably knew when she told him that wasn't the answer, back at the start). Maybe part of the Caitlin-craziness was him desperately hoping something would finally work.

  10. I just saw Paul Michael Glaser in a small role in the 1972 film Butterflies are Free with Goldie Hawn. It was based on the play of the same name and pretty good, as was he.

  12. Thanks for posting this! I just started watching. At first I was thinking this was an AI voiceover piece but I looked into it and Erik Peabody is credited as doing the voiceover. He’s quite good. I get annoyed with all the AI voiceovers in videos nowadays. With this documentary, they definitely used AI video upscaling for certain clips though. Sometimes it looks natural, sometimes it looks odd.

  13. I was shocked (in a good way) at how much difference there is in this version compared to Jan's Complete Collection.

  14. Thank you very much, @Dadrian and sorry all for the repeated content. I was glad to see they addressed later seasons. At some point the voiceover states "some of the best and worst episodes in the series came under Dick Wolf's new role as [co-]executive producer", which as far as I know it means S4. That's nice, once usually we only get reviews stating "the worst" was S4. I also could not believe Dick Wolf said there were no stories on MV before him. I appreciate his work on Vice, S3 is my favorite (by then DW was "only" co-producer), but come on Dick…

  15. I think was mentioned in at least one more topic, too, but doesn’t matter. The more fans see it, the better! Great stuff.

  16. I like it, if the sleeves are slightly long or the jacket slightly loose simply take it to your local alteration shop and have it fitted as fit is King in any clothes. Also do not worry about the black patch on the sleeve as they are simply brand names tacked on and should be removed as soon as you decide to wear the garment. It is surprising how many people do not realise this and are walking about with these tags still left on.

  18. Looks really good, not too expensive and if measurements match your size go with it, just hope for you that black sticker on the right sleeve can be removed or is temporary
