  1. I agree excellent writing and scene with the two leads. It was great how Crockett was feeling disjointed already by mid Season 2 something we would see built upon in Seasons 3-4 to complete burn out by Season 5. The best. 10\10

  2. Love his rant in Calderone's Demise: ' You can forget any deals, Mendez! You gonna be strollin' in the prelims as an accessory to at least seven homicides! You may not fry, but we are personally gonna see to it that you get a year and a day. Set you loose in a federal pen with a snitch jacket. I'll take odds you don't make it past your first group therapy session.'

  11. Did you know that Burt Young was friendly with genuine mafiosos? He asked Vic Amuso (boss of the Lucchese family) if he could be made. Amuso was amused and he just politely said that "stick to acting".

  12. Hey, they did exchange words. When Alan Parsons Project was playing in the background and Sonny was aiming his gun at him he said "Give it up Mac" and MacIntyre said "Who are you kidding Crockett" and shot himself. If my memory serves me correctly. Great actor, great episode. And that "Closer to heaven" was a perfect fit for that ending "is this the real world or fool's paradise"? LOL.

  15. My favorite film of his was "The first power". It's like a fun, scarier version of Fallen (Denzel Washington). Good popcorn flick:

  20. I guess that is the power of blu ray, we notice everything now I knew Tito was in the movie, because he has more than one scene but it was really surprising to see Jake from "Cool Runnin"

  37. I love that line, Tubbs's attitude (Anytime I write "Tubbs's", I think of the mean Danielle. Oui? Yes.) and facial expression that spot (then again, I love everything Tubbs does, but I think he's fire in this particular episode, especially since Crockett gets sidelined; he's my favorite Miami Troll for sure!).

  38. I love this shot of DeMarco (since I recorded this awesome episode from TV in 2012, after this we cut to commercial). DeMarco's in the soup for sure; I bet at this point in the episode he wishes he was a nuclear physicist (he could've been making about 40K in 1984 money I bet).

  43. Maybe not for him, but it’s been said he made bad days for some of the other ppl on set. No big deal. Pretty sure I’ve done the same at my job a few times.

  44. Crockett had a much more rugged look in the early episodes which to me, was more credible. Even the designer clothes looked more crumpled and carelessly worn, as visible in this pic. This changed quickly however already after only a few episodes.
