ZAQ 178
$58 shipped and in good condition! Better than I was expecting! See the comparison between my 5022s & my everyday 2132s. They look different in color, shape & style & sit on your face very different! Score!
ZAQ 178
So I did find 1flaw in these otherwise very nice condition vintage beauties. Right arm is missing 1 small pin! Anyone have one? Know where I can get one? Got a solution for a fix?
Matt5
Really nice genuine item.
IA-SteveB
Can't beat a deal like that. You may be able to take them to any optical department for a cheap fix. I used to do IT work for one and they had tons of fix-it parts.
ZAQ 178
After tons of research on these glasses, I’ve found nobody around me that can fix them! I’ve found the actual name of the part needed- it’s called a Double/two rivet shield. It’s the whole small silver piece on the temple that goes through the temple/arm and holds in the Ray Ban hinge to the arm. This maybe of valve to vintage Ray Ban guys when yours decide to let go. I have s few things in the works for this issue.

MichaelAce
Do you think it's possible to replace the temple logo by a rivet shield just like vintage wayfarers ?
ZAQ 178
The vintage wayfarer has the rivet in the temple which goes through the arm and through the small metal hinge plate. Wayfarer ll says Rayban on the temple w/ no rivet but same metal hinge assy as rivet temples. The complete temples can be swapped around from both wayfarer models. I found the rivets needed to fix my temple but nobody can install them around here. I had to buy another damaged pair of 5022’s and use the temple off of it.
