It’s very gross to look at (I realize it was supposed to be gross), and I know it had to be very disgusting for Saundra. I’ve read Bert Young was a real jerk on the set. That's it It was the scene when Cinco checks Paula's/Gina's take. He said something like you better show me some bread and then "Not Bad" like he was secretly impressed.
