jpaul1 Posted January 20, 2020 Report Share Posted January 20, 2020 funny enough i made that discovery while searching info about the 288 GTO, after having seen 308 GTS clips on theses forums. it's in French, but it globally says that Ferrari.. forgot to acquire the rights about the name. and meanwhile a Deutschland toys company owned the rights. so the chances for Ferrari to make a new testarossa model are very small. unless they decide to try their last chance, and go to the supreme court. but as the toys company didn't do anything illegal, i think the chances for Ferrari to be heard are pretty small.
