Tony D.
Sorry to hear that. Kung Fu was a favorite of mine. R.I.P. - David!
maynard
Especially in "Lone Wolf McQuade" with Chuck Norris. There seem to be conflicting stories of hanging himself and natural causes. Its a shame when a person get to that low a point in their life.
Scot from S.C.
I read that online a bit ago. I hate it; I have fond memories of him in the "Kung Fu" series. I hope he is at peace now, and I will say a prayer for his family.
Richie Rich
Now being reported that he talked of suicide, and that his death is by hanging. Various reports that his mood had changed, and that he was difficult to deal with.http://www.nypost.com/seven/06042009/news/worldnews/kung_fu_star_david_carradine_has_died_172561.htm

Stinger390X
Sorry to hear about that but I also liked the original Kung FuYears later he did an awful Canadian version of it with his son as a cop. It was shot in Vancouver and the story line was etrocious. I only saw two episodes and I was done.......................................................Boring...Apparently he was quite the drinker in his early days but he apparently had a zest for life in the latter years. I wonder if he did kill himself or if this will turn into another conspirocy case that will go unsolved?

Seems really bizarreYou mean this? EEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!Thai Police: Carradine Death May Be Accidental SuffocationFriday, June 05, 2009 * Print * ShareThis APDavid CarradineThe death of American actor David Carradine may have been accidental suffocation, Thai police said Friday. The 72-year-old actor's body was discovered Thursday in his luxury suite at Bangkok's Swissotel Nai Lert Park Hotel. Police initially said they suspected suicide, though Carradine's associates had questioned that theory.Police Lt. Gen. Worapong Chewprecha told reporters that Carradine was found with a rope "tied around his penis and another rope around his neck.""The two ropes were tied together," he said. "It is unclear whether he committed suicide or not or he died of suffocation or heart failure due to an orgasm."

Tony D.
On a serious note: How could an acclaimed famous actor get so despondent as to kill himself in such a manner as to bring shame on himself, his family & his Religious belief? Almost everyone has thoughts of "ending it all" when you are feeling un-appreciated, un-loved or in pain, but to actually follow through in such a strange way to be found like he was found, especially with his "enlightened" mind-set. Obviously he found no comfort in his Religion. This leads me to believe it was accidental or there was foul play. Very tragic! Now on the lighter side : Wouldn't it have made more sense to use Viagra?.....or a Chinese finger trap!Maybe he was doing some secret testing for the U.S. on an alternative to waterboarding! chum981
It was accidental.Apparently its more common than it may seem. Apparently there are 250 to 1000 deaths per year in the United States because of this...Some people have these sorts of fantasies I guess. And very much related to MV, the lead singer from INXS (Michael Hutchence) also died in the same manner...Its terrible and shameful, but I also feel pity. Richie Rich
Tony, the weirdness factor is even higher because of the city where he was when it happened - Bangkok. He could have paid for a boy or girl to get his sexual release, and would not have had to risk his life or positive public image, both of which have now been permanently lost. Isn't there some form of legal prostitution there?
