Vicechic84 Posted September 7, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 7, 2009 'CUBAN HAMBURGER'Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground beef1 egg 1/2 tsp paprika1/4 cup milk1 tsp 1000 Island dressing (mayonnaise & ketchup)1 tsp ketchup1/2 cup bread crumbs1/4 tsp black pepper2 tsp salt1 tsp ground onionDirections: Soak bread crumbs in milk and mix all ingredients well. Shape into small balls, place in refrigerator for about 2 hours to let the meat marinate with other ingredients. Lightly grease grill or frying pan. Fry meat, press to shape like hamburgers. Before placing in hamburger buns, spread bun with ketchup, sprinkle with chopped onions if desired, and serve with shoestring or wedge potatoes on the side. Serves 4*The other half of the dynamic-duo (MV style) 'James Sonny Crockett' might enjoy sinking his teeth into this out-of-this-world hamburger that will have you coming back for seconds! Stir onions, green bell peppers and red bell peppers into the skillet with the chicken. Saute until the onions are translucent. When the vegetables are translucent, stir in the garlic and coconut milk. Let the mixture cook 5 to 8 minutes before removing the skillet from the heat. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake in a 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) oven for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables cook down and the chicken is tender.
