I spent some time looking for where Count Walker is cruising in his limo without any luck. I looked at the Grove and Overtown.
The best bet is Overtown. Here is a clip from Burn Notice's Means and Ends that shows a similar building at 220 NW 11th Terr., Miami
Here is another similar building at NW 4th Ave and 7th Street, Miami.
This is definitely the right area but there are fewer of these structures than there used to be because Miami has been into "Urban Rene
