MrsEvanFreed
The VG that wouldn't exist, if not for Miami Vice and Scarface. This is one of my all time favorites, still occasionally pop it in and become Tommy Vercetti. Open world, with a great music soundtrack.

Vincent Hanna
Definitely one of my favourite games! Not so long ago, i rebought a PS2 to play it and i bought THREE!! different copies of VC 2nd hand(separately) & none of them would play. People who damage discs are annoying...so i ended up watching a walkthrough of this guy play it on youtube & he didn't stop complaining about how bad and glitchy the game is, the entire time.. which was 100+ parts!:thumbsdown:I feel like he ruined the game for me now, that douchebag. Lar
Love VC. It was the only GTA I bothered to complete. I got pretty far in a few others, but VC was the only one that I truly loved.Heck, I still have my copy for Xbox, even though I no longer own an Xbox! agent 47
Glad to see this thread revived again as October 29th marks the tenth anniversary of this game's release, still my favorite ten years later and play it annually around this time of the year. Still remember when I first saw the logo on a videogame magazine getting all excited thinking they were actually making a Miami Vice videogame, was a bit disappointed when I learned it was just the next GTA but still found the idea of a game set in the '80's interesting, what really sold me on the game was actually this trailer though. Just ...epic.
Kavinsky
http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=MpmDawqOfqs Just ...epic.I'd like to know how it all got started though and how the developers came up with the idea. along with the backstory of getting PMT and the bad guy from License to Kill to do voices and all that too.they did it with GTA 3 last year and answered fan questions about it on GTAgaming.comhttp://www.gtagaming.com/gta3/news/comments.php?i=1975No sign of that happening for vice though sadly, which I played back in the day along with VCSalso while there may be no fan talk between rockstar and the fans about vice as of yet probably because there busy making 5:http://www.gtagaming.com/there might be something poping up soon about its 10th anniversary though, I'd be surprised if there wasn't

blondman69
I've just spent pennies on the GTA Vice City Radio app on my iPhone. All the music, chatter and banter from the game bluetoothed to my car radio. Worth getting if you can.

hallthom
This game was my first introduction to 1980s Miami style and culture. I remember renting it in the summer when I was 14 and playing it all day. One of the first things I noticed was how much cooler the clothes were than 2004 styles. I wondered why people still didn't dress like that. Do you guys know about the Scarface easter egg?
Victor
my number one favorite game.I play it a couple times in a year,it got like habit to me.had passed so many times I don't even can keep the count and to me it never goes old.only two games I love 1.GTA:Vice City and 2.Scarface:The World Is Yours.have the GTA:Vice City Stories on PSP but I did not get the Vice vibe in it but it was still cool to hear P.M.T.(as Lance Vance) voice again in action.

Administrators James Posted January 31, 2014 Administrators Report Share Posted January 31, 2014 (edited) I've just spent pennies on the GTA Vice City Radio app on my iPhone. All the music, chatter and banter from the game bluetoothed to my car radio. Worth getting if you can. Actually, a few songs are removed from the latest digital downloads due to the licensing on some songs running out or something, I read. Here: http://www.cinemablend.com/games/GTA-Vice-City-Back-Steam-Nearly-10-Songs-Removed-50206.html Emotion 98.3 wouldn't be the same without Kate Bush. :/ Can you verify if you have heard any of the removed songs on the iOS version? i have the soundtrack ripped from the original PC version, I put those on my iPod and listen to them regularly.
