Matt5 Posted June 19, 2018 Report Share Posted June 19, 2018 (edited) Phil the Shill territory here- just 3-4 km west of the A1A property used as Phil’s residence up in Hillsboro Beach and the beach/inlet lighthouse we saw in this episode. I’d never heard of this rapper but it caught my attention with Deerfield Beach. The rapper was shot dead in daylight and they are not ruling out robbery it’s all over the news services Today.The location of the shooting was 3671 N.Dixie Hwy. Beautiful aerial pics that none of us have seen before from all angles that show this MV landmark perfectly. @C Glideshould add these pics to his location website. Great info Tom - I visited this house and the beach area , just north of the Hillsboro Inlet, a year or two ago and it looked terribly run down and empty so it’s good it’s been sold. I never had thought about the location of the small pool and never realised it was at the front of the property. Still timeless with a impressive design. Great located on the beach. I posted some aerials further up in this thread when the house was sold 1 year ago. There are no interior pics as the house seemed to be run down and apparently up for renovation after purchase. The empty lot is currently (December 2022) for sale ($15'900'000). Too bad there was no renovation of the house. ChRi Posted April 8, 2023 Report Share Posted April 8, 2023 HI, new to the forum, i have some pics that i took before being demolished, and from some windows where you can see the interior, but i have no clue to post pics, and the phone took them in that HEIF mode ( which i thought i got rid of it ) Very sad to see the house gone, i'm from another country, where i watched MV at a young age, always dreaming to live " there " Everytime that i passed by that house on my bike, it was magical, it was Miami, it was Sonny and Rico, it was everything to me. Sad to see also that people with money can do whatever they want. I always dreamed that a millionaire MV fan will buy that house, and put a white Jalpa in the garage, everyone was there at that time! Excellent everything!! Are you doctors? and Copper saying " yes, nose specialists, jeje " what a brilliant couple. I can send the pics to anybody that can upload them. Thanks for all the info!
