Beach_Vice
Longer on top, and progressively shorter to the sides and back (Called a taper). Most importantly longer on top, you can slick the sides back to get a similar look. Whatever you do, don't cut the top the same as the sides and back. Even in season three you can see the top is longer. Look at pictures for the part in the hair. Brush and hairspray do the trick, gel is a bit much because he usually had a dry look to his hair. That's my best advice, I'm not a hair dresser though. Tonysmallz
so dont touch the top and taper it down the sides like a 4? can i use brill cream, to be honest i dont like gell and even wax can give you a greesy look... but il look in to spray.anyway here i am NYC 2010 shavenand this is about a month and a half without a cut.. 1 month ago, its a lot longer now sorry for crappy instagram pic... aussiefan
Hey Tonysmallz. Beach_Vice is right. I don,t have a taper much now, have been lazy and let mine grow out. But I use a flexible styling cream or a spray gel. Both all natural and wash straight out under water but have excellent hold and have virtually dry look. Plus when applied you can brush your hair to the desired style. Maybe try a few different products until you find the best for yourself. Thats my advice, anyway. Thanks for the before and after pics:thumbsup:Maybe next one can be the final Crockett style:cool:

Very happy that your going with the Crockett hairstyle. Once it gets long enough, take a good photo of Season one or two Crockett to the barber, and ask if he, or she can cut it something like that. Love reading your posts pal!-COOP

It just doesn't happen very often, mainly because of our generally style-less menfolk (aside from the ones here naturally) & the changeable weather. I have seen a few white blazers on tv personalities though and some in the shops, so you never know, it may catch on again , here's hoping!! Tekka
The slicked back hair thing has gotten more popular over the past several years. I've noticed that since movies like Inception have gotten popular, a lot of younger guys are discovering hair tonic, and older hair styles. Even I have succumbed to this. My hair looks like a cross between Colin Farrell and Don Johnson's hair styles. lol In my case I just like the low maintenance aspect of it.
