Tommy Vercetti
Any thoughts on an ep where Crockett and Tubbs investigate the theories about the various Miami links to the Kennedy assassination? It would certainly be an interesting and rabble rousing episode. It could've been a season three ep since they tackled a lot of political and social issues in that season. OCBman
Although they did begin to venture into other police units' domains (robbery, homicide, internal affairs), I'm not sure how they could've pulled this off. It's an interesting idea, however. They definitely would've had some fascinating characters. The actor Tony Plana ("Give A Little, Take A Little" and "Baseballs Of Death") immediately comes to mind for some reason.
Robbie C.
If they did something like this, it would have been a Castillo episode without question, given his ties to both the covert and activist worlds. There was a novelist (Charles McCarry) who wrote a novel in 1974 based on the theory that the South Vietnamese were involved in the assassination as payback for the Diem coup. They might have had trouble getting the rights, but that would have been a heck of a Castillo-driven plot hook.
Tommy Vercetti
Maybe Captain Real Estate played a role in this hypothetical episode given the contention (or conspiracy) that the assassination was related to the Bay of Pigs. It sure took a while for this thread to get going. Edited March 16, 2019 by Tommy Vercetti

I'd be more inclined to say Loa Li based on the CIA's reputed involvement with Laotian drugs and their links to the SVN government. And there's always the Mafia... Tommy Vercetti
A Kennedy based senator (played by K***n S****y) was featured in the season 2 opener of Mr. Mann's other great show Crime Story.
