I've never been good a working with color.  I can draw pretty good, but when I add color it never turns out.  You're very good at it!!  Any tips?

I wouldn't say I started using colours very recently, but I still feel like i have to figure a lot out until I'm where I want to be.
As I've mentioned in the step-by-step post I posted as a comment in this gallery here, I still don't really understand colour theory. However, I started experimenting with limited colour palettes three or four years back. Only having a small amount of colours to choose from helped me a lot with getting a feeling for values, which are as important for a coloured piece as they are for pure grey-scale / pencil art.

There's a lot more I could tell you, but I'll have to head to work in a few minutes. I can put together another info-post when I'm back and put it in the comment section as well?
