A strange guy in a superhero garment, who calls himself Miracle Man interferes a current VICE operation. He agitates on the streets and disturbs covert VICE operations. The media, especially reporter Eric Terry, support the guy and offer him a TV show which in turn makes the Miracle Man a target for all criminals …
Bei einer Ermittlung von VICE taucht plötzlich ein seltsamer Kerl auf, der sich Miracle Man nennt und der den Dealern in Miami den Kampf angesagt hat. Er hält Reden auf der Straße, wiegelt die Leute auf und stört die Arbeit der Polizei. My Assessment:

Wertung:
An episode without any outstanding features, the storyline is basically interesting but was diluted on the way to execution. The episode turns out to be boring and below average most of the time, underlined by Crockett’s absence (DJ is only appearing in the teaser, but even replaced in most of the shots there by his stuntman Bobby Foxworth!). The directing is inferior: in the last scene a lighting guy from the crew with a tag ID around his neck is standing clearly visible in the background. Alan Myerson who directed movies like "Police academy" set a new negative mark here. Disappointing.

Eher belanglos gemacht, eine Folge ohne Höhepunkte, dafür mit dem grössten Regiefehler der Serie: in der Schlussszene steht ein Beleuchter mit Sicherheitsausweis mitten im Bild! DJ tritt nur im Teaser auf und wird sogar dort meist gedoubelt. Entäuschend.
