mirrorimageegamirorrim
Was the package that Thurmond left for Crockett at Tommie's garage not an example of fruit of the poison tree? How could Crockett and Tubbs legally avail themselves of it in court? Just something I noticed today.

mirrorimageegamirorrim
I dont know, tip offs and how they do it guides to gradually bust them with? The information contained within the file would be material that probably only a lawyer would possess, or perhaps, just a small handful of high-ranking individuals in the Faber organization. The defense would recognize this and would demand to know the origin of it. The prosecution would be compelled to reveal the provenance of their information and, once revealed, it would never be allowed in court. The defense would have to lie in order to use it, but they would be found out. Edited January 9, 2015 by mirrorimageegamirorrim
Kavinsky
hmm I dont know then, maybe the tubestick's capture would be enough then. As he seemed like the kind of guy who would turn over on his own mother to save his skin.
