In Cool Runnin' near the end C&T are driving at night and Tubbs talks to Noogie on the phone. The only part of this drive that has been identified is when they do a U-turn in the middle of the road right in front of Les Violins at Biscayne Blvd & NE 17th Ter. It looks like the whole drive is in that area and it makes sense since CGlide says the production crew was based right there in the Omni.
