I have one extremely similar to the 2nd image, the 1996 phone.Eingefügtes BildIs it wrong that I'd buy that 1983 model in a heartbeat if I came across it today? I do have a big ol' cell phone from back in the day, complete with it's own carrying case with an antennae that sticks out of it, but I don't think it's quite as old as the 1983 phone.

I have no idea. I found it at a thrift shop and had to have it. I've thought about taking it and trying to get a plan for it (as a joke, obviously), but I'm pretty sure all they'd tell me is to "Beat it, pal!".
