Pretty sure that was Sonny in "Knock, Knock...Who's There?"  telling Colby he would take her husband Chuck fishing.

Florence said this to the nasty shopkeeper who was trying to chase her and another prostitute away from the front of her shop. The Episode was Florence Italy

Doesn’t Crockett say this to Blanca at the hospital in “Free Verse”.

I just watched Florence Italy yesterday and the shopkeeper tells Florence she called the cops and to get away from the front of her store. Florence answers, "This is America, lady. Free Enterprise." The shopkeeper answers, "Your kind of enterprise ain't free and my customers don't want to look at it!" LOL!!! But I'll bet Crockett said that too in Free Verse, because I can picture him saying it in my head.  They often repeat phrases and expressions in the scripts.

Actually, in Free Verse, Crockett says something similar. He says it to some guy, Manuel, who was roughed up and in the hospital. Manuel's complaining about the lack of protection and Crockett is annoyed: "This is America, pal. You can expect the same protection any citizen as a right to. We don't play banana politics here!"

If I'm not mistaken, Crockett also said this to Callie in "Definitely Miami".

Something along the lines of: "This is America, Sweetheart. Cut yourself free..."
