I dropped in to post to the “What are you listening to?” thread. On the personal front, I have two daughters now, Gina and Trudy.* What’s everyone into lately as far as any pop culture/music lately? I read about this huge Mad Max show in Melbourne last week and made a few new Facebook subscriptions based on that. I also follow any Blade Runner news I can get after seeing the “4dx” run of 2049 about a year and a half ago. Plus lots of 80s design on Reddit. Big into the Synth Zone podcast and Bill Burr on iTunes, and Lucy Grin on Mixcloud. Just bought some schwag from 8-Bit Zombie, he specializes in Power Glove and Goonies memery. That’s the bare bones hobby wise. Some would say I still waste too much time on the internet, but is it really a waste if I’m enjoying myself? (Or am I?) The longevity of the Vicers is truly awesome. Much respect. Oh yeah, also got to go to my old home recently/storage and found a MV patch Coop gifted me a looong time ago. Digging through the attic takes a ton of emotional energy, I live pretty light now but sometimes I wish I could get all my memorabilia setup the way I used to. *I kid, I kid, Kay and Susan, although G&T could be future nicknames? 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
