Zabado's reaction to Tubbs/ Sugarman lady

In "Yankee Dollar", when C&T are having dinner on Zabado's boat, Tubbs says about Ms. Sugarman "when they are this beautiful they don't have to lie."  Zabado laughs so hard he spits out his food.  Could it be that Señor Zabado did not find this woman all that attractive?  :)  I've often wondered if Tubbs was being sincere or if it was part of his undercover act.  Personally I've never thought this woman was very pretty.  Never cared for her hair, made her look too masculine.  I'd like to see her with long hair let down before calling her hideous.

Maybe that's why Sugarman killed Zabado with such relish!

Crockett made that statement, not Tubbs. He reacted to Tubbs‘ earlier question to Sugarman whether she is rich enough for the deal. Thus I assume he just wanted to be funny and/or cynical.
