I feel you, it's almost over. His hair at the back end of 3 was a mess. I have always wondered who decision was it to get rid of his cool hairstyle we saw in season 1 & 2, and then change it for a mullet? From this to that - He looked so much cooler in the first 2. Probably Don's choice. It's pretty hot down here. I start cutting it shorter around April and by June I practically shave my head. Then as Fall starts I let it grow and begin the cycle again lol. Now, I'm gonna get some flack for this but I actually like Don's hair in the latter part of season 3. Looks more like the Don we know from Seasons 1&2. Though they probably should've gave the back a trim as it was too long compared to the sides.
