Difference between Region A and B Blu Ray Colelction releases

I was wondering if anyone has seen both region and A and Region B releases of Miami Vice. 

I ask because I have the whole series on DVD, the ones released by universal, and I like how the aspect ratio is already stretched. I know that’s not the original aspect ratio but I cannot really see anything on TV with bars on the left and right anymore. 
 

The mill creek region a is the original aspect ratio so you have bars on the left and right sides. I know it’s easily fixable with the push of a button but if the region B is already stretched I would Pick that one up as well.
