S.FL84
Another actor, besides G. Gordon Liddy, who IMO blew Don Johnson off the stage was Ed O'Neil in Heart Of Darkness. The use of O'Neil is just another example how good MV was in seasons 1 & 2. I think MV was that good because it was fairly realistically displaying both what was happening on the street/in the real word. There were federal agents sooo deep in their undercover identities in the late 1970's/early 80's they simply couldn't resume they're normal lives and ended up so confused & conflicted they ended up committing suicide or disappearing like Serpico did. Look closely at the beginning of this 'getting ready to party' vid from Heart Of Darkness. That appears to be at least $1,000 in cash which is damn near $3,000 today. Thats a helluva lotta cash for one night of partying...even in 1985 Miami but so fitting for the MV world of drugs back then. S.FL84
What fascinates me so much about this ep. is it (like alotta ep.'s) is its just a realistic/relevant to real world Miami in 1985 as MV was unrealistic/ridiculous. Nobody could've played Artie better than Ed O'Neil...NOBODY!
