But, recently I’ve been going through the series Bones (2005-2017) again. I’m in the last season, and it as well as the previous season (11) I’ve never seen before as around 2015/16 I canceled my cable. Anyway, there’s a main character, an FBI agent, named James Aubrey—played by actor John Boyd. In the show his father, named Philip Aubrey, is a criminal on the run...who abandoned James & his mom when he was 13, and has been on the run ever since. I’m in an episode where his father returns to try and con him into helping him. At first I kept thinking I recognize the actor playing his father...who is this? I suddenly realized his father is played by ‘Hackman’...actor Guy Boyd! Not only that, but when I looked it up I realized Guy Boyd is John Boyd’s real life father! So a father and son are playing father and son in the episode...and Guy is once again playing a conniving, devious criminal, with a calm but seriously creepy voice. ‘Hackman’ hasn’t changed, despite the white hair & glasses!
