This was the original Ronald McDonald, created for McDonald's around 1963. Imagine taking your child in for a burger & fries...and "that" rushes up to you to talk! :eek:  Love the freakin' cup on his nose & box on his head! :):) Saw this online and found it hilarious...had to share! He looks more like the Scarecrow from The Wizard of Oz's crack-head cousin, than ol' Ronald. :p

That’s none other than Willard Scott, the former NBC Today Show weatherman.

I know--even for 1963 I'm thinking yikes! :eek:  I put on my Facebook post about it...that if kids could deal with this, then Pennywise can kiss-it, LOL! :p
