I want to say this is Crockett during a stakeout. I’ll guess “No Exit”?

Yup, there’s not a shadow of a doubt that Crockett said it!  ;)

I think I get the hint, but someone else will have to remind me the scene/quote.

In "Shadow in the Dark", Crockett, while looking over a city grid, says "Close enough for rock and roll." after Switek announces that a neighbor called in about a prowler around North 13th and Bay Drive.

One of my favorite episodes of the series and definitely my favorite from season three.

Next: "In-house" (spoken) - Character and Episode Please!

Close.

This is from a season three episode.

Here's a hint: The line was referring to not getting help from the DEA.

I'll take a wild guess....Castillo to the team in "Knock Knock Who's There"?

That's it!  Well done!

                 CASTILLO
You won't receive any cooperation from DEA.
They'll want to run an in-house investigation.
